1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.

2. What are the shipping options and costs? We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders over our minimum spend qualify for Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days). The threshold is shown automatically at checkout.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Please visit our Returns page for full instructions.

6. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email after your order ships. You can also check the status anytime in your Contegolife account under “My Orders”.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

8. Are your sizes true to US standards? Yes, we follow standard US women’s sizing. Detailed size charts are available on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend checking the measurements or sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@elvariswear.myshopify.com) or live chat. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before shipping.
